                  气流磨表面改性可以通过对超细粉体进』行表现改性,通过配上粉体改性剂来让气流对粉体产生碰撞,从而达到改性,在改性的时候需要配合气流磨使用,根据粉体改性剂加入方式的不同,一体化工艺又可分为以下两种工艺:

                  干混-粉ζ碎改性工艺

                  先将物料与改性剂在混合设备中混合均匀,然后直接加入气流粉碎机中粉碎,其主要工艺参数为↙粉碎压力、进料速度、分级速度⌒和粉体改性剂用量、改性」温度等。该工艺操作简单㊣ ,条件易于控制,在研究中比〓较常见。

                  气流粉碎改性工艺

                  气流粉碎改性工艺是将粉体改性剂直接喷∴入气流粉碎机中,与粉碎室中的粉碎颗粒直接▓接触,达到粉体表面改性的目的。需要一个粉体改性剂添加※装置,一般情况下,此装置以压缩空气为气源,通过ω 喷嘴将粉体改性剂雾化喷入粉碎室,完成对粉体颗粒的改性。与干混—粉○碎改性工艺相比,该工艺具有流︾程简单,可以实现连续¤操作。
